FAQ for Transfers

All prices listed on Shuttledaddy.com are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. 

Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. 


Easy! You can get a quote by searching for your pick-up and drop-off locations on our booking form page. 
Enter the specific pick up location or airport name and the full address of wherever you need to go or be picked up from, whether it’s a hotel, resort, residential address, cruise ship terminal or tourist attraction.

For an accurate price, please be sure to input the specific address, the date of travel and your flight time (don’t forget to include details for both legs of your trip if you are booking a return transfer).

Prices is based on the type of vehicle chosen.

Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you have not received the confirmation
in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.

Yes! If you have made a booking without registering then please contact us for any CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS.
If you have made a booking using registered account then CANCELLATIONS are handled by logging in, if you would like to make any AMENDMENTS, please contact us, thank you

If you wish to cancel, make changes or pay with your debit/credit card, please contact us.

Yes! Our booking system will automatically notify you through email/SMS or Shuttle Daddy app. This means you will receive instant notifications:

ON-ROUTE -means driver is on the way to pick you up. On this phase; vehicle details, driver name, contact and his photo, important information are also displayed.

ARRIVE – means, your assigned driver is already at the pick up location.

COMPLETED – means the journey or transfer has been done. At this phase; you will then receive a feedback notification about your experience, and we would love to hear your feedback.

Make sure you’ll have a phone when you travel. If travelling overseas, make sure roaming is enabled on your mobile phone to allow you to make and receive calls, Chat and SMS messages.

Your driver and/or our support team may need to contact you, and vice versa.

Yes! Provided that all the required information has been fill up. Else, we will reject your reservation.
